ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Claudia Bonaiuto is the Founder and Managing Director of Bespoke Hospitality Groupe. An innovator, she thrives on identifying new market opportunities and turning them into outstanding customer performance. 

As a seasoned professional with almost 20 years of experience in leisure sales, Claudia has developed and executed sales strategies in multiple types of properties across the USA and Caribbean markets, while maximizing REVPAR and increasing market share.

Claudia has held senior sales positions at several large brand properties such as Omni Hotels and Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham and Hilton. Her experience with independently owned properties includes Karisma Hotels & Resorts in the Mayan Riviera, the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach and the Wymara Resort and Villas in Turks and Caicos.

Travel and hospitality are not just a profession but also a personal passion. A native of Italy who lives in Miami, Claudia loves to travel and has visited over 25 countries.
